2018 sees The Guild celebrating its 21st anniversary of providing our clients with the best CIS service in the industry and over the next 12 months, we will be enjoying a variety of celebrations which will, of course, include our clients.
There will be a range of professional events, which will showcase The Guild’s emphasis on CIS compliance and the support of our clients and sub-contractors. There will also be a focus on charitable causes, seeking to help people in our industry, our community and our wider world. The Guild will also look ahead to the next 20+ years and the future of self-employment in our industry.
From humble beginnings in northwest London, The Guild has grown into a UK-wide, sector-leading business and we continue to invest significantly in resources and people to ensure that we stay at the forefront of CIS compliance.
Along with our in-house expertise, we retain the services of leading industry experts to ensure that we guide our clients through the compliance minefield – safely and securely. At every turn, we’ve put our clients first, providing them with the peace of mind they deserve.
We understand that the success of The Guild is intrinsically linked to the quality of our people and we have always placed a huge emphasis on employing and developing dynamic staff. Customer service runs at the heart of our offering and we believe that our staff’s can-do attitude is appreciated by our clients and sub-contractors alike.
Derek Reynolds, MD, said, “It’s with a deep amount of pride that we reach our 21st anniversary and we are stronger than ever. From day one we placed a focus on compliance and staying ahead of the curve. 20 years later we are now the market leaders in CIS compliance and enjoy strong relationships with our clients and associated sub-contractors.”
Commenting on the role of The Guild staff over the decades, Derek stated, “I am extremely proud of the staff I’ve worked with during these 20+ years. The Guild has been a stepping stone or first job for many people to gain the experience and tools to go on and do great things and I’d like to place on record my thanks to all those who’ve been associated with The Guild.”
